Thank you for shopping at Solace Goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we will cover return shipping in these cases).

  • Note:​ Digital products, custom-made items, and final sale/clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first (see section 4 below).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please Note:​ Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items that are used, damaged by customer misuse, or not in their original condition/packaging.

  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Original shipping fees (unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error).

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery​ at:

    • Please include your Order Number​ and the Reason​ for your return.

    • If applicable (e.g., damaged or defective item), please attach photos.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions, including the return address:

    Please include the RMA number clearly on the package.

  3. Ship the unused item in its original packaging to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
